You agree that any information you submit is accurate, that you are authorised to request work at the address you give, and that you will keep any account or reference details we issue reasonably secure.

3. Permitted and prohibited use

• browse the site for personal or business purposes connected with obtaining our services;
• print or download extracts for your own reference;

11. Service requests made through this site

Submitting a form on this website is a request for contact. It does not create a contract, does not reserve an appointment slot, and does not guarantee that we will accept the work.

A booking exists only when we have confirmed it directly with you. A contract for work exists only when you have accepted a written estimate or signed a work order.

Forms are monitored during office hours. For any emergency, telephone 785-776-5548 rather than submitting a form. We accept no liability for damage arising from reliance on a web form as a means of reporting an urgent situation.

12. Availability and changes to the site

We aim to keep the site available at all times, but access may be suspended, withdrawn or restricted without notice for maintenance, upgrades or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for unavailability for any period.

We may change, add to or remove any part of the site’s content at any time without notice. Content is provided for general information and may become out of date; we are under no obligation to update it.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Conditions of Use, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that the state and federal courts located in Riley County, Kansas have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Before commencing any formal proceedings we ask that you contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter directly. Most complaints are settled with a phone call.

14. General provisions

• Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will continue in full force.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it or of any other provision.
• Entire agreement. Together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, these conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding this website.
• Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these conditions. We may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
• Survival. Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law survive any termination of your use of the site.
• Headings. Section headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
