What a system replacement actually looks like
From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, a straightforward furnace or air conditioning changeout runs about ten days.
Site visit & load calculation
We measure the building, count the windows, check insulation and duct sizing, and run the numbers. Sizing from the old equipment’s badge is how houses end up short-cycling for twenty years.
Written proposal
Two or three options at different efficiency levels, with model numbers, warranty terms and the installed price. Free, and no obligation.
Install day
Most residential changeouts are a single day. Drop cloths down, old equipment out, new equipment in, line set and condensate handled properly.
Commission & handover
Charge verified by weight and superheat, airflow measured, safeties tested, and a walkthrough so you know your own system.
